Decora ob Virtus
Recorded here are the names of the men and women of the Shining Patrol that have shown bravery above and beyond the call of duty. These deserving folk have been granted the Decora ob Virtus... The second highest award granted by the Shining Patrol. It consists of an Altherian Steel medallion with crossed flintlock rifles superimposed over a heart. The medallion is suspended from a blue, gold, and white ribbon made from the finest silk. Each of these medallions is custom made for the individual who earned it.
