Meet some of the folks around town! The Citizens of Heliadaquae are glad to meet you.
Heliadaquae is located in Northwestern Milandir, about halfway between Lustia and Ashvan, near the western edge of the Sulfur Marshes and the eastern edge of the area of the Vastwood called the Vosewalden, close to the border with Canceri.

The fortunes of war last year in Milandir did not bode well for us, and the Battle of the Four Armies took place in and around our city. The invading Swords of Nier did much damage, and the cantons and legions that sought to save the citizens of Milandir could not prevent it. But, all was not lost. Due to the generosity and commitment of many folk who donated time, money, and the sweat of their brows, Heliadaquae is recovering. We have rebuilt many of our businesses and homes. The generals of the victorious forces have even erected a monument in our necropolis, honoring those that saved us.
Ironically, the destruction of battle led to the discovery of an ancient Auxunite fortress to the southwest of town, that had previously been undiscovered. The giants that inhabited it, however, lead many of us to believe that it may be in the town's best interests to leave the ruins unexplored until such time as we have more resources available for an expedition.
