Farmland in Lustia

Because Milandir is a feudal nation, it is not permissible to give land to commoners or others who do not qualify under the feudal system. Essentially, PCs cannot be granted title to parcels of land unless they are considered nobility of Milandir and have sworn fealty to King Osric. The following paragraph should be added to the certificate:

=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=

A character may not receive or possess this certificate unless that character qualifies to be a landholder in Milandir. This requires the character to be of Milandisian nationality (have sworn an oath of fealty to the Crown) and possess the Gentry feat (or a virtual Gentry feat that applies specifically to Milandir, such as that granted by the White Sash of Purity).

=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=

Any character that does not meet the above requirements must immediately void the certificate. You are paid the full 2,000 gold pieces that you would otherwise have been given instead of the tract of land. Please write "void - redeemed for 2,000 gold pieces" on the cert and have your next GM sign off on a logsheet entry showing the gold that you received.

If you have any questions, please post them here or e-mail me off- list on sean (at) basementsoftware (dot) com. This message constitutes official errata for the certificate.
