7 October, 2006 - I leave to head to Texas for work for a week, and my ISP does server updates while I'm gone... Of course it has to happen that this time, of all times, something doesn't go smoothly. Sorry for the downtime. AFAIK, this is the last update for a while, so we shouldn't have any more problems. And thanks to backups, the only things missing are some recent front page news items, so we're all good now. This glitch affected my email as well! New overzealous spam filtering dumped ALL my email for the past week. So if you sent me a message, I'm not ignoring you, please try again... 29 March, 2006 - We've got Derrel Weaver's latest fiction offerings, Pawns, and Opening Moves, on our Fiction page. Sean Molley also wishes everyone to be aware, not only of the new March 2006 Rules Update, but also of the previous November 2005 Update some folks may have missed! These are permanently housed on the Errata & Enhancements page. 6 March, 2006 - Scoop again! Henry Lopez has given us an Onara Online exclusive! He posted an artwork preview from Theocracy of Canceri, the Nerothian Reaper, on LA_Talk a while back. But we've got it IN COLOR! Check out this web exclusive, since I understand the art in the finished book will only be black & white. 5 March, 2006 - Scoop! Read all about it ! If you haven't seen it yet, check out the cover art for the Theocracy of Canceri book. Also, we've got word on PCI's summer release list! Aside from the Theocracy of Canceri book, previously announced last year at GenCon, they are also releasing (sometime in the summer months), Censure: City of Thieves, Forged in Magic Revised and Expanded (with 115 new items, all 3.5), a limited softcover reprint of the Player's Guide to Arcanis (including all errata), Combat Missions (for Spycraft 2.0), and PCI's new campaign setting Caliphate Nights (using Green Ronin's True20 system, historical arabian nights fantasy). Enjoy the scoop! 5 March, 2006 - All the ordering links from PCI's three PDF Publishing outlets are now available in the ENWorld, RPGNow, and Studio2Publishing. 4 March, 2006 - New group added to the Forums page, Ont-Arcanis is for LA players in Ontario! 3 March, 2006 - The Marketplace section is being worked on. The book section has been updated and slightly reformatted, and links to purchase points for PDF books will be added as they become available. By request, I will also be adding a miniatures section to Marketplace as time allows. 19 February, 2006 - With the impending launch of the new Invisible Kings Program, we've devoted a new section of the website to it. Get your applications in, folks! I have also corrected/updated the email addresses on the Forums & Contacts page. 6 February, 2006 - Henry Lopez announced the upcoming LA track for Origins 2006! The Gathering will be the biggest LA event yet for our campaign! Check out the list of upcoming Arcanis goodness here. 4 February, 2006 - James Zwiers asks that anyone who submitted magic items to PCI for publication please email him at macabail@gmail.com within the next two weeks. Please include your name, and the names of any items you submitted (item names only, not rules text, please). And as a brief administrative note, if you wish something posted here on Onara Online, please email the webmaster at webmaster@onaraonline.org directly. I don't read but a small fraction of the posts on the lists, and it is VERY easy for me to miss any request posted there. But I read EVERY email sent privately. Thank you! 31 January, 2006 - Joe Aborenno has sent us another present, along with Terry Doner... The arms of Legio Lex Talionis! They are now housed in the Coryani heraldry section of the Grand Library of Coryan. PCI's own Matt Blank has also done a recent podcast interview at a new site, www.gamerthepodcasting.com. Matt says the site plans on future podcasts focusing on Arcanis, and Origins! Finally, the Evansville Gaming Guild has sent in a link to their convention site, HeliadaCon. Pre-registration for this all-Arcanis convention is now open! Check them out, and thanks guys! 30 January, 2006 - Chris LaLiberty has sent us the personal heraldry for his PC Sir Amerith Tensen val'Sosi. It can now be found in the Milandisian Heraldry section of the Grand Library of Coryan. Thanks to Chris, and the artist Joe Aborenno! 26 January, 2006 - Several folks have reported problems downloading files from the Bestiarium Arcanis. The problem files have been replaced and tested. If anyone has further problems downloading (some dial-up users may with larger files), please email the webmaster to get files through email. 21 January, 2006 - Evan Miller has provided us with a new file, a Character Pack in 11x17 book-fold format that has character and equipment sheets. This file takes up permanent residence on our Character Generation page. And also, yes, I am aware that the date script on the bottom of the page is saying the page was updated in 1970. For some reason the script went funny on New Year's Day. If you have some insight into why this happened or how to fix it, let me know as I am still working on the problem. 1 January, 2006 - Happy New Year!
